NO RUSH POLICY: At MINNWEST, our reputation is built on quality services and we will not comprise the integrity of our work by taking shortcuts. If services are not allowed the total amount of time required, that will result in potential errors so please plan ahead and schedule accordingly. We will make our best efforts to ensure that deadlines are met, but there may be some circumstances that will require more time than initially estimated. If the original time and pricing have changed, we will keep you informed throughout the process.
BODILY FLUID FEE: At MINNWEST, we take our, your, and any future customers health seriously. Any "BODILY FLUID (Puke\Pee\Etc.)" will be automatically charged a minimum of $500 on top of the service total. Depending on the present condition & amount of the BODILY FLUID, the price may go up. Any disclosed information of the BODILY FLUID can and will be subjected to the "BODILY FLUID FEE". We have the right to turn down any service that seems to be a hazard for us or the client.
This fee covers any necessary PPE and additional measures that is required to disinfect tools and equipment after the service.
VEHICLE THEFT RECOVERY & BIO HAZARD FEE: At MINNWEST, we take our, your, and any future customers health seriously. Any vehicles under "THEFT RECOVERY" & BIO HAZARD (Blood, Mold, Etc.)" will be automatically charged a minimum of $1500 on top of the service total. All THEFT RECOVERY vehicles must be tested for drugs and professionally & certified disinfected before receiving work. Any vehicles that fall under BIO HAZARD must be professionally & certified disinfected. Proof must be shown that the vehicle has gone through necessary cleaning before any service. Any disclosed information will cause appointment for cancellation until necessary work is done and is subjected to the fee or cancellation fee. We have the right to turn down any service that seems to be a hazard for us or the client.
This fee covers any necessary PPE and replacement of non-salvageable items used for service. Also, covers additional measures that is required to disinfect tools and equipment after the service.
FOR ANY VEHICLES THAT ARE MODIFIED LOWER THAN OEM SPECIFICATIONS: PLEASE RAISE VEHICLE UP TO OEM SPECIFICATIONS. OUR SHOP HAS A SLIGHT INCLINE BEFORE ENTERING.

WHEN SELECTING OUR INTERIOR DETAIL, NOT EVERY STAIN OR GRIM BUILD UP IS GUARANTEED FOR A FULL REMOVAL DUE TO THE CONDITIONS OF LENGTH OF STAINING, TYPE OF VEHICLE MATERIAL, ETC. BUT ALL EFFORTS WILL BE GIVEN TO RESTORE THE CURRENT VEHICLES CONDITION BACK TO ITS PREVIOUS CONDITION.
For vehicles that require extensive cleaning due to medium to heavy levels of soil, stains, dog hair, debris, and other similar issues, send us a email or text message with a photo of your vehicle's interior to provide you a better starting quote and determine the appropriate estimated time frame for the cleaning.
