Basic DIY Wash Guide
Without a Pressure Washer
Please ensure you are washing in the shade or a location out of direct sunlight and severe winds. We recommend a two bucket wash method, you will need the following;

-
Put the Grit Guards in both buckets and fill with water. Put 2 oz of a pH neutral soap in 1 of the buckets. Leave the second bucket with just water for rinsing off the wash mitt.
-
Completely rinse down the vehicle's surface off with a garden hose in order to remove the large pieces of dirt and debris. (If your vehicle is heavily saturated with road grim or debris, suggest running it through a touchless car wash before hand.)
-
Put your wash mitt in the soapy water bucket and then wash the vehicle surface using crosshatching patterns (Back & Forth). Working on a panel of the vehicle at a time, start from the roof to the lower sections of the vehicle. Leave the lower section of the panel for last - per panel.
-
After each section pass, wring it out and then put it into the water-only bucket and rinse it off.
-
After rinsing the mitt in the water bucket put it back into the soap water bucket and then continue repeating the process until the whole vehicle is washed.
-
Do one final rinse of the vehicle and dry with a microfiber towel.
Optional : Apply your favorite ceramic booster spray or quick detailer before or after drying off the vehicle and you’re done!
With a Pressure Washer
Please ensure you are washing in the shade or a location out of direct sunlight and severe winds. We recommend a two bucket wash method with a foam cannon. You will need the following;

-
Put the Grit Guards in both buckets and fill with water. Put 2 oz of a pH neutral soap in 1 of the buckets. Leave the second bucket with just water for rinsing off the wash mitt.
-
Fill the Foam Cannon with water and put in 2 - 4oz of pH neutral soap.
-
Completely rinse down the vehicle's surface off with a pressure washer in order to remove the large pieces of dirt and debris. (If your vehicle is heavily saturated with road grim or debris, suggest using the Foam Cannon first and let it dwell for a couple of minutes and then rinse off.)
-
Foam the entire vehicle with the Foam Cannon.
-
Put your wash mitt in the soapy water bucket and then wash the vehicle surface using crosshatching patterns (Back & Forth). Working on a panel of the vehicle at a time, start from the roof to the lower sections of the vehicle. Leave the lower section of the panel for last - per panel.
-
After each section pass, wring it out and then put it into the water-only bucket and rinse it off.
